Newsletter Mailing Services

Don't have time to prepare the printed newsletters for mailing? Let us take over this task for you. For each issue simply email to us your mailing list in a data file (e.g., Excel, Access) and we will do the rest:

	Your address list is verified against the United States Postal System National Database in order to ensure that every address on your mailing list is deliverable.
	Addresses are directly imprinted on the newsletters (rather than affixing a label).
	Save money with pre-sort standard postage (previously called bulk mail) which is generally $.22-$.25 each (available for 200 or more newsletters)
	Newsletters are wafer sealed (which lowers the postage rate).
	The newsletters are delivered to the post office.

Self-Mailer Format

If you utilize our self-mailer format, our local pre-sort indicia will be imprinted on the newsletters to take advantage of pre-sort postage rates.

Envelope Format

If you utilize our envelope format, addresses will be imprinted on the envelopes along with our local pre-sort indicia in order to take advantage of pre-sort postage rates. You can ship your envelopes to us for stuffing or, if you prefer, we can print envelopes for you.
